Q: How do I add borrowers to my account? I can't find anyplace to do it.


A: You can add a new borrower from the "New Reservation" screen. There is a dropdown to select existing users or click "Add New Borrower" to expand the section. You will need to enter at least the first name, last name and email address and optionally enter a phone number for the borrower. The next time you loan equipment to them, you will be able to select their name from the dropdown.

Alternatively, if you have a large amount of borrowers you'd like to import, you can email a CSV list of them to imports@loanercalendar.com and we would be happy to import them for you. Please make sure to use the following format:

first,last,email

If you would like to include the phone number also then use this format:
first,last,email,phone
