Managing your loaner inventory is easy with Loaner Calendar. Use the "Inventory" drop down in the main menu to either add new equipment to your inventory or manage existing equipment.

Adding new equipment to your loaner pool is quick and easy. Select "Add New" from the Inventory drop down. Then enter the Equipment Model, for example, Macbook Pro or Dell XPS 13. You will also need to select an Equipment Type from the drop down menu. Optionally you can enter a serial number, asset tag, comment and included accessories. Mark the equipment as active to have it appear in your list of available equipment. Click the "Add New Equipment" button to save your equipment.

To edit your existing loaner pool equipment, select "Edit Existing" from the Inventory drop down. This will give you a list of your equipment. Then simply click the edit icon next to the particular equipment you'd like to edit.

You will then be able to edit all of the fields for this equipment. If you would like to make the equipment unavailable to loan out, select No from the Equipment Active drop down. When you are done, click "Update Equipment" to save your changes.
